Smart Service Reception collects consent for SMS messaging verbally during phone calls.
When a customer calls our business, our AI receptionist requests permission before sending any text message.
Consent Script
The script used is:
“Before I send you a text message, I need your permission. We may send you a message with your booking link or appointment details. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Do you consent to receive this message?”
Consent Requirements
Only customers who explicitly respond “Yes” are sent messages.
If the customer does not provide consent, no messages are sent.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user interaction.
Opt-Out & Help
Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance.
