Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Smart Service Reception provides an automated call answering, lead qualification, and appointment booking service for businesses. The service includes AI-powered phone answering, SMS notifications, calendar integration, and CRM syncing as described on our website.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Monthly Plan: $499/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is due upon signing the service agreement. Service activation begins after payment is received.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If the AI receptionist system does not capture and book more qualified calls for your business within the first 30 days of active service, we will refund your first month in full. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of service activation. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

4. Setup & Onboarding

We will configure the AI receptionist for your business within 72 hours of receiving your business details, calendar access, and service information. You are responsible for providing accurate business information for system configuration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI system.
• Misrepresent the AI as a human to callers in jurisdictions where disclosure is required.
• Use the service to make outbound spam or robocalls.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI receptionist is a tool to assist with call handling and lead capture. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for missed calls due to telephony provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Service remains active through the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply. Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
